After the spiral has been cut with a high-precision laser cutter, it goes into the skilled hands of Spira craftsmen, who will perform their magic to produce a Spira Christmas tree. First, each spiral is echecked for imperfections, and goes into the detailing workshop if any chips and scratches are seen. After that, four strings are hand woven into the spiral from top to bottom to give the spiral a perfect shape and maximum strength. Each spiral then goes through another quality check.
